The hype for these make people just overlook the poor execution on both shoes.

The VI's could of been much better. The placement of the colors doesn't look right. The red Jumpman looks so out of place. I realize Olympic kicks have red on them, but the way they used it just doesn't seem right. I wish I knew how to Photoshop so I could show you guys how I would of done them.

The VII's could of been so much better if they would of just made them a simple black and gold color with the same materials as the 2002 Jordan VII's. But nooooooooo, JB does their usual hack job knowing that people will buy them regardless. Just like the CDP packs that released a few years back with those crappy XIV's, I's, X's, XVII's, XX's etc. 

The VI's look like recycled White/Reds. Materials look exactly the same and so does the sole. Wish they would of made the sole icier because these will suffer the same yellow spots like the White/Reds. They're probably already sitting in the factories some where with yellow spots already forming.

Agree with everything you said. That Red Jumpman throws them off big time. On the Olympics its fine b/c Red/white/Blue are USA's color. It does looked like a recycled red/white even the gold paint looks to be very poorly executed. The VII's should have just been gold and blk with the same materials from 2002 as you stated not that awful cream looking accent.
 
This is coming from someone that doesn't complain. I really hope they look different by release b/c I was excited for both especially the white and gold VI's .
